About Us
OUR MISSION
Our name implies that we want to change the world but the focus is to make that impact in our own 'world'...our own sphere of influence - family, neighborhood, schools and community.
We train high school and college students to become aware of the need where they are - and make a change, and impact for good.
OUR VISION
To challenge all those involved with our program from young people to volunteers and staff to make the most of each day, every opportunity no matter where they are, to impact their world in a positive way.
OUR FOCUS
Guide and educate young people to become positive role models, so they can impact their community and their world. "Where does change begin? In small places, so close to home - so close and yet so small that they cannot be seen on any map of the world. Yet, they are the world of the individual person: The neighborhood he/she lives in; the school or college they attend; the factory, farm, or office where he/she works. Such are the places where those who seek to do what is just and right begin to create a bigger change. Ghandi said that to change the world, change must begin with our own lives. Then let us begin to create change in small ways and in the end we will see that change continue to grow. Unless kindness has meaning there, it will have little meaning anywhere.
